Housing made of galvanised sheet steel with round connection spigots sized for standard ducts. Sound-absorbing perforated-sheet inner lining backed with 50 mm mineral-fibre board. Removable cover. Fan chamber and scroll housing are freely accessible. Motor and impeller can be pulled out.
Impeller: energy-saving centrifugal impeller, forward-curved, in an aerodynamically optimised scroll housing, made of galvanised sheet steel. Dynamically balanced for low-noise operation.
Driven by an energy-saving, speed-controllable EC external-rotor motor with degree of protection IP44 and maximum efficiency. Maintenance-free and radio-interference-free, with ball bearings. Integrated electronic temperature monitoring for EC motor and electronics. Supplied as standard with an internal potentiometer for setting any fan speed between minimum and maximum speed. Stepless speed control using an external potentiometer or stepless speed regulation using the EUR-EC universal control system. Connection via standard terminal box (IP54) mounted on the routed cable.
