Low-profile housing made of galvanised sheet steel, thermally and acoustically insulated on all sides with 30 mm mineral wool. For servicing, the cover can be opened easily using 2 safety screw fasteners. The unit has protection rating IP 44.

Driven by a maintenance-free, energy-saving EC external-rotor motor in IP 44, sealed low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication. Demand-based operation of an EC extract-air fan via the ALB EC remote control is possible.
