Robust housing construction made of coated sheet steel, double-walled and filled on all sides with 30 mm insulation material. For servicing, the cover can be opened easily from either side using two safety screw fasteners.
The unit has protection rating IP 20. Low-noise, high-performance centrifugal fan. EC motor/impeller unit made of galvanised sheet steel. Hot-water heating coil connected via external thread. Driven by a maintenance-free, energy-saving EC external-rotor motor with thermal contacts integrated into the winding. Sealed, low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication. Demand-based operation of an EC extract-air fan via the ALB EC remote control is possible.
