Maico Central Ventilation unit WS 300 Flat KBL

Comfort Bypass Version left:

• Central unit with two Enthalpy heat exchanger, integrated Bypass and Preheating coil. Thus is the Room air at high Outside temperatures optimal cooled, without that Draughts occur and at deep Outside temperatures convenient preheated.
• supply and extract air left (in Installation position Ceiling, View on the Electronics compartment).

Short description:

• Intelligent Ventilation unit with Heat- and Moisture recovery for controlled supply and extract ventilation with a Air volume of 80 to 300 m³/h.
• complete separation the Extract air- / Supply air routing throughout the entire Unit. Thereby is unwanted Recirculation mode prevents. Viruses (z.B. Coronavirus) and Bacteria are thus not transmitted. Hygiene certificate after VDI 6022, Blade 1 available.
• Compact and highly efficient - Energy efficiency class A. Sound- and energy-optimized Fans in EC technology.
• KfW funding eligibility and NRW funding are provided.
• High Airflow rate at extremely lower On height of 30 cm and quiet Operation. Installation options: Flexible at the Ceiling, Wall or in the Roof pitch.
• No Pressure fluctuation sensitivity: The integrated /automatic Constant airflow control ensures for a durable Compliance of the set Airflow rate under all Operating conditions (z.B. Filter contamination, Air valve settings). Thus results in itself also a easier Commissioning / Airflow balancing at the Valves. It is no Balancing the Airflow rates required.
• Various Operating mode: Made of, Manually, Auto Sensor, ECO Extract air, ECO Supply air.
• Room air control RLS 1 WR included in the scope of delivery.
• ISO Coarse 80 % (G4) Filter in the Extract air and ISO ePM1 60 % (F7) Pollen filter in the Outside air.
• The Ventilation unit is with two state-of-the-art Enthalpy heat exchanger with Hygiene certificate after VDI 6022, Blade 1 equipped.
• The WS 300 Flat is via APP (Maico@home) controllable.
• Plug & Play: Easy Commissioning through free of charge Commissioning software and as standard USB connection for Commissioning, Control software update as well as Service.
• As standard integrated Combined sensor (Humidity/Temperature) in the Extract air enables a demand-controlled Ventilation operation as well as a intelligent Dehumidification strategy (Excess humidity protection). Furthermore is characterized itself the Unit through a at the actual Demand adapted Frost protection strategy made of.
• The Heat recovery unit features via a Multifunction contact for the Control of z.B. Brine ground heat exchanger (uncontrolled Pump), Operation- and Fault indication, Preheating- or Post-heating coil, External dampers or Cooling.
• 2 Input contacts (12 V and 230 V) are available for z.B. safety-related Shutdowns.
• Various inputs/outputs enable a control-related Connection to other building-services Unit z.B. Heat pump.
• Integrated Modbus interface (TCP/IP and RTU) for Integration in the Building management system.
• The optional Plug-in module K-SM enables the Integration in KNX building systems.
• The optional Plug-in module E-SM enables the Integration in EnOcean systems.
• Optional Additional circuit boards ZP 1 and ZP 2 for Extension functions such as z.B. „Constant pressure control“ the EC fans, Zone damper, Brine ground heat exchanger (controlled Pump), Filter differential pressure measurement.
• Maximum unit flexibility through various Equipment-/ Connection options.
• Modern modular unit technology enables a high User-friendliness for Service and Maintenance.
