• ISO Coarse 85 % (G4) filter in the extract air and ISO ePM1 80 % (F7) pollen filter in the outdoor air. A filter cascade (ISO Coarse 85 %/ISO ePM1 80 %) in the outdoor air is possible to extend filter service life.
  
• All units are equipped with state-of-the-art cross-counterflow heat exchangers or enthalpy heat exchangers with hygiene certificates in accordance with VDI 6022, Sheet 1.
  
• Complete separation of extract-air and supply-air routing throughout the unit. This prevents unwanted recirculation. Viruses (e.g. coronavirus) and bacteria are therefore not transferred.
  
• RLS 1 WR room-air control included in the scope of delivery.
  
• All residential ventilation units can be controlled via the air@home app and the browser-based web tool (www.air-home.de) using the integrated LAN interface.
  
• USB connection as standard for commissioning, control-system updates and service.
  
• All units are equipped with highly energy-efficient EC fans.
  
• The integrated/automatic constant-airflow control ensures that the set airflow rate is maintained continuously under all operating conditions (e.g. filter contamination, air-valve settings). This also simplifies commissioning and airflow balancing at the valves.
  
• An integrated combination sensor (humidity/temperature) in the extract air as standard enables demand-controlled ventilation as well as an intelligent frost-protection and dehumidification strategy (excess-humidity protection).
  
• All units feature a frost-protection strategy adapted to actual demand.
  
• In addition, all units have a multifunction contact for controlling, for example, a brine ground heat exchanger (uncontrolled pump), operating and fault indication, preheater or reheater coil, external dampers or cooling.
  
• 2 input contacts (12 V and 230 V) are available, e.g. for safety-related shutdowns.
  
• Various inputs/outputs allow control-system connection to other building-services equipment, e.g. a heat pump.
  
• Integrated MODBUS interface (TCP/IP and RTU) for integration into the building management system.
  
• The optional K-SM plug-in module enables integration into KNX building systems.
  
• The optional E-SM plug-in module enables integration into EnOcean systems.
