Ruck Duct fan EMKI 5025 EC 20

Compact housing made of galvanised sheet steel with very low casing-radiated noise. Variable installation orientation, either horizontal or vertical. Direct duct installation via 20 mm flange profiles on the housing.

Diagonal-flow fans are used which, by virtue of their design, provide a significantly lower construction height and at the same time greater flexibility than conventional centrifugal fans. The three-dimensionally curved blades of the impeller and downstream guide vanes provide streamlined, optimised airflow and enable maximum aerodynamic efficiency.

The impeller is balanced in two planes to quality grade G 6.3 in accordance with DIN ISO 1940. Efficiency-optimised, electronically commutated permanent-magnet motor (EC motor). Thanks to EC technology, the ETAMASTER can also be operated very efficiently under partial load. The motor is protected within the fan hub and has no adverse effect on the aerodynamics. Internal electronic temperature monitoring protects the motor against overload. The IP44 terminal box is mounted in a protected position inside the unit housing. A PE cable gland on the housing provides a simple electrical connection.

The swirl-free discharge of the EMKI fans significantly reduces installation losses in downstream components. In combination with the highly efficient duct silencers (type: SDE), which reduce noise by up to 22 dB(A), the EMKI series is particularly suitable for noise-sensitive applications.
