Fully insulated fan box for installation in ventilation ducts. The connection spigots are fitted with lip seals for easy installation in ducts. Housing made of galvanised sheet steel with a sound-absorbing internal lining of 40 mm mineral wool with abrasion-resistant glass-fibre facing in accordance with DIN EN 13 501-1, Class A1. Can be installed horizontally or vertically. The swing-out fan unit is easy to clean via a removable cover. Fan unit can be easily removed from the sound-insulated housing. With integrated mounting bracket for easy installation.
An efficiency-optimised backward-curved impeller is mounted on the rotor of an energy-saving, high-efficiency EC external-rotor motor. The impeller is balanced in two planes to quality grade G 6.3 in accordance with DIN/ISO 1940. Enclosed drive motor, maintenance-free ball bearings with lifetime lubrication, sealed on both sides. All fans are fitted with motor protection as standard. Electrical connection is via an external terminal box. The integrated EC-motor electronics allow control via a 0-10 V signal (e.g. potentiometer, CO2 sensor).
