Roof-mounted centrifugal fan with backward-curved impeller and horizontal discharge. Housing made of weather-resistant AlMg3 aluminium with a very low overall height and hinged fan unit. The discharge side is protected against contact, contamination and other foreign objects by a bird and contact-protection grille. Base plate made of galvanised sheet steel with deep-drawn inlet cone and pre-installed threaded studs for connecting duct flanges and accessories in accordance with DIN 24154 / EN 12 220. The fan is designed for easy installation on the roof base (available as an optional accessory) without having to remove the housing.
The efficiency-optimised impeller with backward-curved blades is mounted on the rotor of a voltage-controllable external-rotor motor. The impeller and motor are balanced in two planes to quality grade G 6.3 in accordance with DIN/ISO 1940.
